Science In The Mall jointly organized by Science Centre and A-Star

AWWWWW... the kids were sooo cute la... everything was great esp the colleagues!!! it was soo great to get to know them!!! u guys were the best la!!! This was one of the most fun, enjoyable, relaxing work which i had done... it was great working wif u guys!!! Sooo missing u la...

Had various dinner meetups aft the SITM work wif various pple... zal.... libing... kelvin... damien... chengde... on the laz day... 4 of us... kirsty.. cs... lynn and of cuz me... went to zouk!!! Hmmm... how do i feel about clubbing? Luv the music!!!! =) i seriously love music la... dun really lik the squeeze though.. but it was alrite... had 3 guys to protect us, 3 gers... =X

PC Show (12Jun-15Jun)

Worked for the 1^st day... but seriously.. the mgmt could not make it at all la!!! Lousy job!!! 1^st time i quit a job la.... lousy experience....

2^nd day... went wif kirsty and cs to the show... super crowded la.. went to discuss/bargain on my laptop la... decided to get an asus u6sg!!!! Lite-weighted... great specs... suits me... but super ex la.... we went to eat at the new jap pasta restaurant at citylink... not bad... but nth great either...! aft the show... we headed to wheelocks place to Big O to try the waffles and brownies upon meetg up wif kirsty’s younger bro.... it was quite nice... loved the blueberry topping... once we splitted ways... me & cs went for a pepperlunch den caught a movie... the incredible hulk... quite an ok show... juz dat... i gt sick of him running from the beginning to the end of the show...

3^rd day... avoided PC Show!!! Church had a mini celebration for fathers day... the cake was from eatzi catering la.. (Jack’s Place) super super super super super nice la.... we made mini shirts for our dad tooo....

Laz day... went back... NO PARKING LOTS AVAILABLE... omygdness... i gt fedup and drove to marina mandarin and dumped it to the valet... soo ex!! Valet fees $12 + Parking $6.. super alot of pple la... met kirsty... went to find harddisc + my notebook.... aft dat... we headed to simlim cuz i wanted to fix a new harddisc for my old asus com... ate and went back to brave the PC Show la... soo many pple!!!!!! Cs came to help us move the tings to the car... den dropped him off at chinatown for his ah ma’s bdae dinner and kirsty off at toa payoh.... went home and picked my mum... went to challenger to dump my old com for servicing... den bought dinner and went to my niece’s house!!!! Hahax... my nephew soo cute la... aft dinner... he went to the room to get mopiko (the cream? Not sure how its spelt) gave it to his father... sat on the floor beside his father’s leg... and pointed to a bruise on his dad’s leg... sooo cute la....

Other Days....

The Day aft the PC SHOW... I had to go back and make a 1 for 1 exchange for my new asus lappy... cuz the vista had a software prob la... stressful...

The next day (tues) went to central to meet my mum’s frien for lunch.. den headed to chinatown... cs met me there... we went shoppin for winterwear... horrible experience... also to centerpoint... =X we learnt smtin dat day... a Burberry Men’s Classic perfume costs $100+ in normal stores... but... we gt it at $38 ONLY at Lucky Plaza... and had to pay only $10 if we wanted the normal packaged one wif the cover... pro sia... made me wonder wad iz really their cost price...

Wed... went to church for youth theolo Book of Numbers lessons... very interesting la... went home... and took a nap... slept too little the nite before... relaxed the whole day... great day!!!!

i thank God for posting me to this class where all of us are a tight knit mini community...
it has been a wonderful 3 years....

we toiled... and struggled... studied hard.... went thru trials in friendships... made new friends.... supported one another... went thru many presentations tgt.. the many exams... tests.... tutorials... tep... ipp.... happiness... fun!!! stressfulness... rushing thru projects in the middle of the nite... studying together in skool...

ur were the BEST!!!! these many years in nyp wif u guys made the 3 years go in a blink of the eye.... sooo swiftly!!! im sooo gona miss u guys... im pretty sure wen i enter uni... i wun have friends lik u guys animore... do stay in touch ok?

thk you guys for these 3 years.... and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

on the 30Apr i went to eHub! at downtowneast... SERIOUSLY... its a waste of space....
the only nice tings there were the new bowling alley (which is super crowded) and the cinema (which is even more crowded)...
the mini-ferris wheel is really nth? u go up and down... seeing nth???!!!! and pay $6.50 per person.... wad the pple do iz go take... and chat & chat & chat... LOL!

hmmm... 1 May... went cycling at Pasir Ris Park wif Jason and his gf, Angeline... she iz lik sooo sweeeet... demure and gentle... i feel lik a ogre beside her... O_O she iz really nice la.....
hmmm... headed to the Swiss Alphorn Musical at Pasir Ris Elias CC... it was nice... but the guitar performance from ITE East was even better... But the percussion from ITE EAst was the BEST SHOW for the nite... =) great work!

2 May.. went to skool to prepare and overnite meetg on rushing out NYP Open Proposal la.... i felt lik i was going to chalet... =) the meetg took awhile to start... T-T the guys started gaming... and juz to let u noe... there were 5 guys and a ger... and yes... i was the only ger... =X i have a feeling that if we set up an IT/Gaming Club within Mindsports... it would be super successful....

3 May... slept 1/2hr? den went swimming.... healthy living.... and wen i drove home... my system practically crashed... the rest of the day... my mum ferried me around... =) i was in lala-land the whole time...

4 May... went and met up Kelvin... went to ECP Lagoon Hawker to eat... NICE Food... and i spotted the "ex-astronomy club pres"... =) proceeded up to Playground at Big Splash! and rented bicycles... nice bikes... good gears... sooo we cycled from that end of ECP to the runway... (Changi Beach Park + ECP Connector) Quite a nice place...
Den cycled all the way back making a pit stop at the hawker again.... LOL! It was really FAST...

5 May... headed to skool... picked up some books on illustrator... i tink i wana master dat software... i would definately LOVE it... but i hate reading to learn on software... SIAN... Kelvin lent me Bamboo Fun... its a stylus pen + a pad for drawing... as well as writing... as well as many other tings... wow... really cool la... =)

6 May... Finally able to slack at home... but still gota do work for Mindsports!!!! Going to shengsiong in abit... wana... bake cakes... read books... play piano... and lots of other stuff... =X

sat nite... my parents + me + auntie radi & mani went to eat at Jacks Place AMK aft me & my dad collected our specs!

eeek... the queue was long.. and the food wasnt tooo good.. the steak were sooo dry... i tink i would nv order "meat lovers" ever again... i went there and ordered the mixed grill (2pc chix, 1pc lampchop, 1pc steak, 1 sausage, 1 bacon slice, 1 sunny-side up egg, 1 baked potato & 1 scoop of veggie) eeek!!! tooo much meat... really thot that i could handle all dat!! but it was a superbly filling meal... the bill totaled $140 though!!!!!

sun... went to eat at lao beijing novena sq...

it was the buffet high-tea... sooo i stuffed myself wif xiaolongbaos cuz i really didnt eat much of the others... (i only ate abt 12 baos?) super not worth it for paying $20 ea person... our guests really didnt eat much... sooo it wasnt dat worthwhile..

my verdict: there are other places of nicer xiaolongbaos!!!!

sun nite... no dinner! we were tooo full... so we went to ecp big splash! to sit down and relax & drink coffee @ Old Town... oooh! wen we went there... we saw jack neo.. lee guohuang... walking to their car... den we realized why they were there!! Old Town had an opening ceremony earlier on! and they were the proud owners!! there were a couple of artists patronizing the shop too...

while walking out... i saw this!!!

the sea was really calm and peaceful but the Big Splash! area was really crowded!!

we den took a drive to the condos near the stadium... and took a walk around.... nice surroundings...

we then went to the golfcourse to take a look around... lovely place... =)

YIPPIE!! my parents juz purchased for me a pair of new specs!!! actually.. its not for normal use... its only for reading stuff lik from the com!!! but its super the nice la.... =)

wad happened to me the laz few days... it passed by sooo quickly!!!

thurs: was an unhappy day... sooo i shall not tok about it!!!!

fri: start of the youth spiritual meetg (its a church gathering where the youths come together to study the word of God for a few days... and for fellowship too) woke up wif NO VOICE.. *faints... only made it to Adam Road for the aftnn service... den i drove to TK for nite service... OMGDNESS... the nite cleaning duty at TK only had 5 pple!!! inc. me!!! whoa.... we swept the church hall and lobby and cleaned the 1st floor washroom!!! den drove home!!! sending Abi, my aunt & uncle & cousin home too...

sat: long day!!! went super early to pick up my uncle + cousin + abi to go to Adam Rd for the morning prayer!!! whoa... we were super quick... thank God for the smooth traffic... headed off to TK for aftnn Sabbath service aft picking my mum from Pasir Ris & gma+domestic helper at macpherson... reached back at Adam at 4.40pm... early lor!!! even aft dropping off my gma... gt caught in the heavy rain & traffic!!!! eek... my cough went on & on the whole day..... finally... during dinner... we practiced a short skit to be performed lata for the nite activity session... we started in laughter and ended in tears of laughters!!!! =) every group performed really well!!! very interesting!!! GOOD JOB! fetched Abi + Chun Mei + Mum home... by the time i reached home... my temp was 38.6 degrees Celsius... horrible nite!!! i literally CRAWLED into bed...

sun: didnt go for the laz session in church.... had to stay home to rest... really sad!!! really wanted to go!!! my mum's friends arrived in Singapore... and i was supposed to be out entertaining them too!!! but i was sick... sooo my dear mum did the deed... and went to the airport to fetch my dad (he arrived back from china) den... picked me to go to eat at Thai Express! lol... luckily i was feeling better.... aft dat.. we went around the esplanade to walk... nice!!!

mon: went to orchard rd wif my mum's frienz... went back to hotel to check out... went to railway station to send them off... went to yishun to pass smtin... went home to pass the car to my dad... nth much happened!!! =)

tues: went to Seoul Garden wif zal!!! wow... nice nice nice... i was sooo full!!! wen i walked back citylink.. i felt lik there was a heavy rock in my stomach!!! =) but nice............ went back home... went to white sands to do sm stuff and let my parents eat dinner..

den went to amk, my optician!! and made my specs!!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! im sooo happy... its a really nice pair of specs!!!!

on sun... i went to apply for 5 aust uni... namely Uni of Sydney, Uni of Melbourne, UWA, UNSW and Uni of Queensland...

=) really kiasu...

from wed till today... there were lots of repair works in my house... the guys were changing all the aircon gas pipes thru-out the whole house!! wad a racket... all the existing ones were pulled and cut away from the wall and new ones were replaced outside the wall with casings... leaving holes everywhere... and apparently.. they forgot to fill up tiz one hole at my room door... +_+

now my room iz in a mess... nx week iz time to give my room a revamp!!! =) aniway... tab iz looking for jobs!!! can anione recommend some???

my mum's bdae iz actually on wednesday... but my daddy iz actually flying off 2mr... sooo tooo bad... gota celebrate earlier!!! the Swenson's Ice Cream Cake 1kg... original price iz lik $40 excluding GST... luckily i gt the discount coupon of 20%!!! but it still cost me almost $35!!!

yest... i had a great time eating steamboat & playing wii.... ended up sooo tired... during my boxing game... and couldn't even knock out my opponent!!! EEEEK!!!!

but it was fun!!!

hmmm.... today... went to watch Horton the Movie at GV TM with Chengde... NICE SHOW... =) interesting storyline... worth watching... the length was just right for the storyline & animation... a real kicker...

aft dat... we headed to East Coast Park for the BBQ.... and collected the food... =) the bbq went on deliciously well... and i was full!!! super nice though for BBQ food....

and dear Ms. Ang gave each of us a specialized mug/pot... THANK YOUUUUU

my baked success!!!!

yest i went to the airport to pick up my dad!!! and ate at T2's canteen... wah... the pasta's stall's grilled catfish set was delicious!!! up to my expectations!!! only $5.50!!! restaurant standard... u gota try it!!! only on tues, thurs & sats.... the rest of the days iz fried stuff!!

hmmm.... wen home... rushed to bake the above stuff!!! look ok la... these were the balance after my parents ate the rest.... wen i gt home at nite.... =) Chicken pies & egg tarts!!!! wow... delicious....

went to meet max at nite at marina sq... was to meet him slightly before 6pm as that was the time for the dinner reservation (scared no place!!! hum!!!) i left home at 4.40pm, planning to take the bus 3 to mrt!!! but aft 1 hour... the bus didnt arrive O_O..... i decided to walk to another bus stop and i had to wait another 20mins!!!! for 358 to arrive... even bus 17 went missing... upon arriving at the other drive, i saw lots of bus numbers passing by... wich were not supposed to come to this street!!! horrible...

by the time i wanted to take cab all the way down... bus 358 came... & i gave up... juz taking the bus den mrt.... by the time i reached cityhall.. it was already 6.45pm! eeek... sooo late

went to waraku japanese restaurant... max ate the curry noodles... and i ate my steamboat paper like tingy wich chinge base soup and scallops... O_O it tasted like kimchi base... NICE though... but i thoroughly burnt my tongue... up till now... i still have tiz tingling feeling....

wen to grab a galere waffle at 1/2price tuesday!!! wif a cuppucino ice cream scoop... nice.... aft dat... we went home... =) EARLY>>

den had cabbage tom yum instant noodles wif 2 prawns!!!! *a mUST try.... the soup base tasted sooo sweeet and delicious...

Ingredients:
2 leaves of white cabbage stripped or broken into large pieces
1 pkt of tom yum instant noodles
2 prawns (optional)

Steps:
1. Boil water in a pan & simmer cabbage until soft
2. Add seasoning for instant noodles and the dried noodles
3. When all is almost cooked, add the prawns...
4. & VIOLA... its DONE

attended a wedding today!!!! the bride wore a small jacket with iz practically like Snow WHite's collar and sleeves... sooo cute.. awwwwww..... her trail was grand and nice too... but boy iz she tall!!!! she looked extremely lovely...

after the wedding... there was a buffet for the guests... i spent 1 hour feeding my niece den aft dat garga her and her bro...
lol... both were running all around the church!!! sooo hard to keep track of them... THKS VICTOR FOR YOUR HELP!!!

hmmm..... aft the wedding... went to drop by my mum's friend's house for a visit! she was baking smtin lik a pie... smelled delicious!! she also was making garlic bread!!!

wahhhh... at tiz rate... i have the inspiration to bake!!!!

From today 8^th March 2008 onwards,

My first movie,
“Kurosagi” will be officially showing in theatres nationwide!

I’ve gained many experiences in the process of filming this first movie of mine.

This movie is about a swindler cheating other swindlers,
a movie on trickery.

It involves Kurosaki’s life of misery and contradictions in between.

For instance, Swindling is the reason why he lost his family,
yet the mastermind behind this whole thing is Katsuragi Toshio,
acted by Mr Yamazaki Tsutomu.

In Kurosaki's heart,
He should be the man which he hated most in this world.

However, without this man he hated the most in this world,
Kurosaki won’t be able to get any information on Shirosagis.

He will be unable to survive in this world
if he doesn’t rely on this man he hated the most in this world.

How pathetic.

There’s no one around that he can trust, he’s really a lonely person, Kurosaki.

After seeing such a Kurosaki, what do all of you think?

I personally think that,

I’ve got friends around me which I can trust,

Support from my family who might be out of my reach,

and having all of you out there supporting me!

I feel that I’m really blessed~!

Though Kurosaki might feel pain, loneliness and isolation,

But he’s able to understand the feelings of misery and pain of those
who got cheated and help them from there.

I feel that he really have the real spirit of a man.

In these 2 months,
I had put in my all in the production of this movie wholeheartedly.

So, everyone,
please spare me 2 hours of your precious time.

I think it will definitely bring happiness to everyone.

4th day since skool ended

1st day: (wednesday)
was supposed to meet the person below at skool at 10.30am but i knocked off the night before due to lack of sleep and woke up only at 9+!!!
went to skool for meetg with Jinlong at the SAO office... He is working with Mindsports Club to have a Mindsports Carnival on 9th JUly!!!
Ironic... if i go overseas to study.. i wun be in the country by then...
aft dat... since it was still early... i dropped by amk hub to see some of my frienz.. they were wasting time before going for their movie at 4pm: Meet the Sparktans... me.. being not interested to watch.. decided not to join!!
went to meet max in town... orchard... (& i forgot to bring my hp... inconvenient) den we headed to PS to grab dinner at Thai Express... the Soft shelled crab glass noodles was fantastic!!! den we headed to chill at McDonald's while playing PSP

*realised that i wun be goin to Korea thiz mth... cuz nth iz confirmed yet!!!

2nd day: (thursday)
woke up early... why?? O_O oya... went to meet Chengde at 1pm at Cityhall to head to the IT Show... as usual.. i was late...
the IT show was not bad... quite crowded but lots of stuff
the computers deals were cheap!!! and the external harddisk were going at quite a low price too!!
not bad at all...
aft dat... met another friend at bugis library... borrowed 8books!!! yippie!!! then headed back to marina sq... bought a dress @ I.S. for $8 and its original price was lik $69 O_O
den ate at cafe cartel... shared ribs + chicken chop... nice... but they were tooo generous with the ribs... i gt abit sick of it!!!
it was terrible dat the soup came together with the main course and the drinks... T_T everything was cold by the time i chopped up some bread to serve...

3rd day: (friday)
slept at 2am but woke at 3pm.... good rest... was ever glad for it... rotted off the whole day beside my piano, on my bed(refer to earlier post for details) reading story books.... by the time i started moving... it was 8pm... had to go whitesands to pick up my finally working laptop!!! =) yippie.... but if i wanted to replace my batt, it would cost $220!!! then i went to grab a eclair at polar... not bad... but ex.... wanted to order a swensons cake for my mummy's bday but realised the discount coupon could only be for the displayed cakes... sooo have to get on the day itself.... returned a storybook and borrowed another!!! and i went back home to rot...watched tv while munching on dried squid and cucumber and finally headed to my desktop..

4th day: (saturday)
juz started... and im typing my post... =) evaluating whether i should take part in the following spree... the real thing iz really nice... ordered from this spree before...

tab's mum came in with strong fever medication.. and feeds tab
tab tries to eat famous amos cookie wif it... but it tasted lik sponge... T_T

tab's mum drags tab to walk to Pasir Ris Polyclinic
tab felt as if her face & lips were swollen

nurse outside polyclinic informs us that the clinic is closed for 2 days as the main pipe burst, 3 floors flooded and all electricity cannot run...

decided to go home and get the car....

mum drives out wif tab ti sengkang polyclinic

tab at sengkang polyclinic...

receptionist confirming details, sent her on her way to 2nd floor clinic...
and asked the other receptionist why sooo many pple from Pasir Ris were here...

went in to see doc with mum
tab tells doc that she iz allergic to synflex
mum shows doc the "strong fever medication" given to tab
doc says,"this is precisely the medication you shouldn't take"
tab goes "lolx.... expected so..."
den aft all the procedures.. doc was prescripting medication and tab's mum kept insisting dat doc should give stronger medication which doc already explained many times before that all the stronger medication were in the same family as synflex...

12.20pm
went downstairs to make payment and presciption

tab mum kept insisting that pharmacist should give stronger medication
